Refund and Returns Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Returns Policy is designed to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please review the following guidelines to understand the terms under which returns are accepted and how you can initiate a return.
- Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue within 15 days of receiving the item by submitting photo evidence. Once your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the product or issue a refund. If the product’s packaging is damaged but the item itself is intact, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Refunds for Shipments Returned Due to Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the additional shipping costs for resending the item will be covered by the customer. Refunds for the original purchase will not include shipping fees.
- Refunds for Missing Orders: If a package is marked as delivered according to the tracking information but the recipient claims they did not receive it, the recipient must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If no claim is made within this period, the order will be considered delivered and in satisfactory condition.
- Refunds for Late Orders: If an order has not been processed or shipped within the agreed-upon time frame, and the customer chooses to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued. However, please note that during high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, we will notify you if your order will be fulfilled later than expected.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 15 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
